At Quigley's Smokehouse we embrace the age old Celtic traditions of smoking seafood and game, while recognising the exciting and diverse array of flavours in our modern Australian cuisine. These philosophies shine through in our superb range of smoked seafood. We merge traditional recipes, freshest seafood and exotic spices to create a product range with an innovative difference.

The proprietor Ben Quigley mastered the delicate art of smoking seafood on Bruny Island off the south-east coast of Tasmania, under the expert tutelage of Master Smoker Don Heather at the Bruny Island Smokehouse. These islanders have a proud tradition of producing world class smoked seafood.
Bringing his traditional skills and recipes north in 2003 Ben and his wife Jessie established Quigley’s Smokehouse at Bellingen on the NSW mid-north coast.
Our signature product - Cold Smoked Yellowfin Tuna - has been carefully adapted using Ben's experience smoking Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon. This delicious product has been crafted to offer foodies an exciting new smoked seafood experience. Simply slice and serve.
Our yellowfin tuna is wild caught from the clean oceanic waters of northern NSW and southern Queensland. No farmed tuna, colouring, artificial flavours or preservatives are used.

Quigley’s Smokehouse has quickly achieved an excellent reputation among delis, speciality grocery stores and chefs for clean, fresh, high quality smoked seafood.
"The key to our success is our firm commitment to maintaining the highest standards possible throughout the production process," says Ben.
From the beginning Quigley’s has maintained strict hygiene standards and food safety procedures. We have a stringent HACCP-based food safety program in place which is independently audited by the NSW Food Authority.
Quigley’s Smokehouse is a family run Australian business which prides itself on the ability to maintain the “hand made with care” aspect in every product they create. Smoking relatively small volumes of product per batch allows the high level of care and control not possible with a mass produced alternative.
